Access Levels

The application provides 3 access levels that determine the data that is accessible to an authenticated. These access levels include:
- Global
- Bureau
- Country
- Site

Global Access Level

Grants access to data about bureaus, their countries and sites in those countries for which the authenticated is user is associated with.

Bureau Access Level
-------------------
Grants access to data relating to the bureau, its countries and sites that the authenticated user is associated with.

Country Access Level
--------------------
Grants access to data relating to the country and sites therein to which the authenticated user is associated.

Site Access Level
-----------------
Grants access to data relating to the specific site to which the authenticated user is attached.
